                             SLUGGISH ENDEAVORS

A while ago i was going through all my potted plants that i have outside and i came across these little rugby ball shaped eggs, did some research and found out that these are in fact slug eggs, i presume that these are of the "Tiger slug" Limax maximus (L.)" they are quite frequent visitors in my house as well as i have quite a bit of slug damage to my plants which is why i think this.

I
If you look closely you will notice that the baby molluscs are forming inside the eggs and i think this will be very interesting to examine. when i found the eggs they where clear with a small white spec inside, it has bean a couple of weeks. and they have gotten much bigger. will be interesting to see how long they take to hatch, and when they do i will be sure to document it.
